Insurance Sales Representative

As a Sullivan Financial Group Insurance Sales Representative, you will:
- Phone prospect with company provided leads
- Interact with prospects to build rapport, gather confidential information and generate quotes
- Consult prospects on insurance coverage needs
- Present quotes with detailed understanding of the prospect’s individual needs
- Achieve production goals while working with a variety of tools and applications such as comparative raters, insurance carrier systems, CRM and agency management systems
- Be accountable for sales production goals
Your background includes:
- 1 to 3 years of sales experience from a call center environment
- Personal Lines Insurance license or the Property and Casualty Insurance Licenses (or willingness to acquire during the first 30 days of employment)
- A passion for sales
- Technically proficient
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Pay: $30,000 to $45,000/year
