Allstate Agency is seeking an insurance sales representative for Upper Montclair, office. We're looking for a positive person with a warm and outgoing personality to help us grow our agency. This staff member will perform a variety of sales activities including:

Responsibilities

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.

Requirements

  • A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Career minded vision.
