Purpose of Position:
To provide extraordinary service to internal and external customers, provide sales producers with
possible sales opportunities and assist in sales and office organization. Our goal is to sincerely sell to
customer’s needs.

Minimum Performance Requirements:
Will be determined by agent and staff and updated monthly. Essential functions listed are primary
goals to improve sales and retention.

Essential Functions:

  • Answer phone with a smile each time
  • Update/endorse customer policies as their direction
  • Handle billing inquiries, process customer payments
  • Report claims Review new business log weekly with agency owner
  • Write new business applications using checklist\
  • Follow up on pended endorsements and applications daily
  • Handle additional duties as assigned or needed
